DELIVERY
Deliveries are subject to availability of stock. Backorders will be shipped as soon as possible. Customers will be informed of lengthy delays. Specifically, we make every attempt to ship in-stock items within 48 hours. Out-of-stock items will be shipped within 2 weeks of order date. Items experiencing backorder times longer than 2 weeks are subject to customer refund. Team items can take up to 3 weeks depending on availability. Items are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Global Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International customers MUST pay for purchases using their "verified" PayPal account. All other payment types will be refunded. International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and confirmation numbers will be emailed to the customer.

RETURNS
Defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge up to 15 days from the transaction date. Non-defective merchandise may NOT be returned, exchanged or refunded per the check box customer must check to proceed with any/all transactions.  Returned items will be refused and return shipping charges (if any) will be customer's responsibility.

High Point Swim has adopted this return policy so that prices can be as absolutely low as possible.  We recognize there is a customer service trade-off but strongly believe in this economy, our customers want the lowest prices and are willing to accept the risk of not being able to return an unwanted item.

COUPON CODES
Coupon Code discounts take precedence over Volume discounts. No discounts may be combined. Coupon codes and discounts must be applied during checkout. Codes cannot be applied retroactively.
